The Hayward Gallery is currently having 2 great exhibitions, the video swiss artist Pipiotti Rist who was at the Venice Biennale and the American Painter George Condo whom I discovered in NY few years ago.
Both are different but they share a witty, funny, humourous approach to Art, even though one should not conclude they work is superficial. I really enjoyed both exhibitions, Pipilotti Rist offers us an experience, a fireworks of images, creativity, feminine, sensual, with depth and layers so delightful!
Condo is such an amazing painter, and the display as a XIX museum is daring!
